I say f this HR 4191. This will ruin daytrading, push people out of the market, and allow them to desensitise traders with this little tax, which will ultimately grow over the years once everyone is “used to it”. Fight this thing with all that you have.

To call this a Wall Street Tax is a bold faced lie. This taxes everyone, not wall street.
