Rumor has it that S. 909 has recently been passed, but I cannot find hard evidence to validate it. Several attempts to find more info lead to a message that ‘page not found’. Is it intentional or just a glitch. I asked an intern in Mike Pence’s WADC office was quite befuddled as well as clueless. Does anyone have the latest information on the so called Shepherd law. The bill was passed by the Senate, as an amendment to the 2010 Defense bill.
