On October 14, Lord Christopher Monckton, a noted climate change skeptic, gave a presentation at Bethel University in St. Paul, MN. In this 4-minute excerpt from his speech, he issues a dire warning to all Americans regarding the United Nations Climate Change Treaty, scheduled to be signed in Copenhagen in December 2009.
Lord Monckton served as a policy adviser to Margaret Thatcher. He has repeatedly challenged Al Gore to a debate to which Gore has refused. Monckton sued to stop Gore’s film “An Inconvenient Truth” from being shown in British schools due to its inaccuracies. The judge found in-favor of Monckton, ordering nine serious errors in the film to be corrected. Lord Monckton travels internationally in an attempt to educating the public about the myth of global warming.

As I see it, the first thing is get the word out to as many people via the internet as possible. Then see if the “Tea Party” group will add this to thier agenda. I have foung that writing and calling does little good. Max Faxing would be the way to go!

Fast forward to 2009: Has America “The Sleeping Giant” awoken yet? Really? All Americans must take a stand * NOW * This year! We cannot let congress, organized labor, special interests, the President or his Tsars (csars if you prefer) to rob our national treasury and ram this or any other unconstitutional garbage down our throats anymore! They cannot be allowed to sign away our constitution and our sovereignty.
I am no expert however;
If this is all true and the COP15 treaty is signed by the US, I believe it could be construed as an act of treason according to the Constitution Article 2 Section 4. Treason is defined as the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of one’s country or of assisting its enemies in war.
Dunno… But I do know this -
They must live by the same laws we do. They must fulfil their constitutional oathes! HOLD them accountable to the law – All of them!

Tyrany is at hand: it is not a bit of good to believe – or even hope – that any democratically elected government can, or will, seriously attempt to overcome it; the powers that determine such events (as that being here considered) are now so vast that they can afford to buy, corrupt or divert any and all national governments which might oppose it.
The big powers are organised and coherant; they order the proceedings of all the ‘think-tanks”, NGOs, QUANGOs and UN departments, etc. and they reside, virtually unknown, behind money, behind national banks and global corporations and above secret societies. They have no fear of any authority whatever and they capture all opposing movements, directing them to accord with their own agendas. Such agendas are always unknown to the movements, whose members are invariably committed to altruistic aims for the well-being of humanity, the planet or the spiritual realm. The Powers have no fear of these.
What the Powers do fear is oppositition by large numbers of ordinary people who might spontaneously object to being abused, enslaved or culled. They fear that if we are sentient we might rebel. If we – the ordinary and vast mass of humanity – want to survive at all – it is imperative that we wake-up to what is really happening in the world and do everything that we can dare to educate ourselves, to learn to think, to discern truth from lies, to know right from wrong. It behoves us to re-forge our families, make dependable friends of those who live, work or play with us: to forge again the reality of fellowship in communities so that poeple will learn again to trust and support oneanother. Only by pursuing such attributes, it seems to me, will poeple ever again be encouraged to withstand the tyrany and say, individually ” I am a human being: I think, I breathe, I understand and I do not submit to enslavement” Only then might poeple collectively and effectively oppose it.
If we can not do this then the game is virtually over and the Darwinian elite who wield the money will survive, thinking that they were the fittest, and having no compunction about our demise. I do not regard them as fittest, it appears to me that they are psychpathic, that the world would be beautiful if ordinary folk would assert themselves according to their numbers, all proclaiming their individuality, saying “I have a personality and character of my own, I have as much courage as I can muster, and I will protect those I love as best I can”
In the meantime any and everyone who is sentint or has, perhaps, merely a visceral conviction that politics and money thrive on nothing but lies should take stock and ponder whether it is better to submit or to withstand?

Well I have been reading this thing [Treaty] and there is a LOT more to dislike than what we’ve discussed up to now (soveriegnty). The treaty, if signed (or ratified by Congress according to Article 5 of our Constitution if the treaty is not signed, a 2/3′s majority) will take effect in Jan 1, 2010 with other important enforcement dates taking place in early 2010. This treaty is far more than an ecological treaty in nature.
Has everyone else read this damned thing? READ IT. Look, I’m not a frickin lawyer, but even I can see just how… lemme see uh, wh… wh-wh-what’s the word… ah yes, just how EVIL this thing really is. OMG. Who wrote this thing? Stephen King, Wes Craven and Michael fricking Crichton? Ummm… Feel free to throw up after (or while) reading – I know I did… after I finished throwing up, I slapped myself, back to what I thought was reality and forced myself to keep reading, still wondering if I was actually understanding this thing right. But in the back of my mind, actually hoping I would awaken, only then realizing I had been watching a big budget horror movie by one of these guys. So, I clicked my heels together reciting the line “there’s no place like home, there’s no place like home”, still hoping against hope, that someone was going to walk up to me as I awoke and say to me, “lighten up Chicken Little, it actually means something completely different…” Can anyone tell me I’m chicken little? - Um excuse me – I don’t think we have any more money and free, rational, informed people would never agree to this crap… This is why they are trying to pass the Cap and Trade bill… read on… They are pointing to Fox and all of their bills as a means of getting you to look elsewhere while they pull this off. BEWARE.
I am going to quote a few things I found in this document and it’s long – Have a barf bag handy before you start reading this. Here are some wonderful excerpts from this sham, a scam to attempt a HOSTILE TAKE OVER of the USA and other countries and our treasures and to eliminate our way of life:

- This sham of a new world government will be in effect Jan 1, 2010. Is anyone starting to understand why Obama wants all of these bills passed, RIGHT NOW, before years end!!!???

contribute to the financial and technological support…”
- Ah, so they also want our tech besides our money…
3) “Page 11: 9. The carbon budget and emissions reduction targets shall be reviewed at regular intervals and in a timely manner, continually strengthened and revised in light of the best available science. Should new and emerging science suggest that more
stringent budgets and targets are required to avoid dangerous climate change and ensure the right of all peoples, cultures and nations to survive, these budgets and targets shall be adjusted immediately…”
- OK, so not only can and would they continue to steal at least 2% of our GDP, but they can apparently also increase this amount AT WILL. I wish I was freakin kidding people. I am copy/pasting this stuff. I didn’t write it.
4) “Article 2, Par 12. All institutions, instruments, mechanisms and policies and actions developed pursuant to this Protocol shall be governed in an open, transparent, fair and effective system under the ultimate authority of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties…”
- Excuse me, they can not count me among the numbers who will cooperate with this crapola. I have not seen the word “Vote” in this “treaty” yet either. I am a born and raised 50 yr old citizen of the Republic of the United States of America, which as a sovereign nation, has its own constitution and is governed by our laws for our people. They can go pound sand so far as I am concerned…
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.” I still do….. and I will not lie down for them.
5) ENFORCEMENT IS ABOVE our elected officials and PRESIDENT. “…The purview of the Committee would also need to be expanded to cover the US and the NICs and all industrialized country support obligations…” …The purview of the Committee would also need to be expanded to cover the US and the NICs and all industrialized country support obligations…” “…9. If the facilitative branch has little confidence that a Party included in Annex B at risk of being in non-compliance will undertake the measures necessary to bring itself back into compliance, it may require the Party concerned to post a bond. This bond shall be equal to a certain portion of the penalties, pursuant to paragraph 15 below, that a Party would be required to pay at the end of the commitment period in the case of non-compliance. The bond shall be returned if the Party concerned is ultimately found to be in compliance or forfeited in cases on non-compliance. The interest on the bond shall be transferred to the Copenhagen Climate Facility, referred to in Article 6. In essence, a Party would be required to pre-pay, if it looked like the Party could be in non-compliance. The loss of the interest is the penalty for the poor planning and slow action that risked non-compliance in the first place…”
6) “…We have included some initial requirements ( in para. 7 ), like a
2050 emissions pathway from which countries should back cast to develop their policies and measures, however further work needs to be done to flesh out these details…”
- Oh please, please, please folks – READ this damned thing and speak up! Ahhh… so they will be backing what “Cast”? “Upper Cast”? “Political Cast” I doubt you and I qualify. Definition of Cast: A class that is defined by the common attribute or attributes possessed by all its members. MY GOD PEOPLE! This explains why Obama has made so MANY remarks stating, “I intend to be here a long time.” He has said this on many ocassions. To say this treaty is nefarious would be a gross understatement. That is a watered down definition of the words, just plain EVIL! Oh, and l also want to point out that COP16 is already being planned according to this treaty folks…

Call your senators, Call your representatives, Call Superman, Call freakin Underdog – Call the Space Aliens if you know any, Call General Petraeus. One last thought for you to question with BOLDNESS: Has anyone ever considered who is among Obama’s COG appointments? Hate to tell you this but… Occam’s Razor Theory must be the prevailing logic in this case. Occam’s Razor states: Occam’s razor states that the explanation of any phenomenon should make as few assumptions as possible, eliminating those that make no difference in the observable predictions of the explanatory hypothesis or theory.
Therefore, it is safe to assume that 32 of a presumed 90 COG members are… you guessed it, The Obama Csars. That’s only 35% of them though…. the rest??? Jimmy Carter is one according to a report I read.

This abomination has been fomenting for years until we have a president wiling to sign onto anything with no regard for the American people, our freedom and Constitution. The World Court will finally have their say at our expense as they and the UN have been working toward. God help the USA.
I have just begun to hear about this situation. It appears to me that this, if everything you are saying is true, is an impeachable offence.
So perhaps what we need to consider at this point, is that. How does one go about impeaching a president who is about to destroy the country?
Any scientific position on climate change, should consider (with investigation);
1/.The warming effects of the other planets in our solar system due to cyclic fluctuations of our Suns energy output.
2/.Also we need to study what effects of dark matter has on our solar system as it moves through and is affected by, the background medium in our Universe.
3/. Model the replenishment of forests and cessation of logging in rainforests, that absorb CO2 emissions.i.e. If we stop consuming the forests and return land now used for plantations of bio fuels back to natural forests before clearing, our planet will be a healthier place to live for all.
4/. Open transparency of all United Nations treaties should be made public so that the people can see where policies of immigration, food and energy supply and the strings of finance, lead to one world government at the expense of national sovereignty and the peoples rights and liberties.
