Marine Corps veteran David William Hedrick of Camas, Washington scolds U.S. Congressman Brian Baird at a Town Hall in Vancouver, Washington. He was one of 38 people called at random from an audience 3,000 earlier that evening. According to Hedrick, he borrowed some paper and a pen from other audience members and quickly wrote down some thoughts.
