That starts with the president and congress and staff and families and works its way through the judicial, the postal workers, the IRS and all military branches. A universal healthcare plan should be the same price no matter who you are or where you work or don't work. Unless this bill covers all the people, it just another way to promote the class society and that is what will destroy our country. When everyone has the same benefits, then it will be fairly and evenly distributed, but when governent holds itself to a different standard, then the people will be the ones who are unfairly apportioned.
